At dawn I watch as the sun starts to shine, the precious time that everything unfolds to align.
Mesmerized at life as I watch it all begin ... all that breathes is barely awake, my mind in these moments finally given a break.
Comfortable with the skin I live in, and open to the outside perspectives I’m given.
I'm grateful for another day, to be occupied in its moments and aware of its lessons.

Creatures of habit, we treat ourselves like robots ... yet by grasping self-control we could keep our intentions intact. We are able to store memories and thoughts, so we must train the brain to remember our last lesson and the action that followed.
Through disappointment, we learn to accept mistakes; we shouldn’t allow them to break us apart. Alternatively, allowing ourselves to be torn after each unexpected gesture will consume our energy before satisfaction is reached.
Instead of seeing change as individual conflicts, while it's merely one category ... worry. If we tune into the sounds Earth shares with us, we will see the serenity that it attempts to show us.
A bird, a bee, a seed, move effortlessly with the wind. The bee a symbol of success, moved by a gust of wind and pushed from its flower; but it doesn't fight against it. The bee recognizes its movement and approaches its next flower.
Driving in moving traffic, those out of sync set-back those who are. Action only seems extensive when we push against each other. By moving together, actions become effortless.
One thing after another, our movement does not stop ... as long as we keep living, the list goes on. Move in synchrony and without worry, your peace of mind becomes effortless.
