We must uninvite interruption as we welcome connections. Rushing off a phone call or during brunch conversation ... its progression, the purpose of its presence, cut short.

Rocks, formed by the quakes of land. Trees, formed by the motion of wind. Shells, formed by the minerals of creatures. Clouds, formed by the bindings of water.
Similarities make each not so different. Each forms, breaks, and reconnects where they fall ... rocks break reconnected to crumbles, trees to soil, shells to sand, clouds to air.
Nature's freedom to live should remind us of our freedom to feel. Enabling a connection sets our differences aside; intimacy is elevated.
