Leaves never cease to amaze me; one dies for another to thrive, continuing to live within a tree.
What a wonderful thing, the cycle to shed, growing more beautiful for the life ahead.
I lose layers everyday; dropping old habits so new habits arise, releasing old thoughts so new thoughts are wise.
How would I challenge myself a new way if I knew the same as yesterday? Life around me is ever-changing, shouldn’t I be changing too?
Reality is only boring if growth I do not desire. Pieces of me die so tomorrow I live higher.
As I will never be the same and encourage my beauty to be grown, everyday I allow myself to be reborn.
The cycle ... night falls, we sleep, we awaken, a new life awaits. With awareness of this cycle, we grow more beautiful each day by welcoming new perspectives.
The body of nature was gifted multiple lives; we are not much different. Unlike a leaf, death is not necessary to live our life fuller ... could beauty be enhanced without first becoming duller?
As humans, we have intellect ... it is our choice to grow. We decide to bring new into our lives or live the same as yesterday. We willingly break off rough edges and patch ourselves with beauty.
But we often confuse internal growth with external comparison. We challenge success above others and lose focus on succeeding responsibly.
Yet a tree doesn’t lose leaves to look like other trees; leaves fall for beauty to be reborn within itself.
A dandelion isn’t any less beautiful than a rose; nor more important than a rock. A pond isn’t any less beautiful than the ocean; nor more important than a desert.
By reducing comparisons and admiring authenticity, we revitalize our growth. We will realize that the effortless charm about ourselves is notably valued by others.
